CHARMS INFO

Every choir student has an account set up for them in CHARMS via their HISD ID number and linked to their HISD email address. To log in, the student must FIRST create a password by clicking on the reset link sent via email. Once the student and/or parent has created a password, they can now login to CHARMS. I highly recommend that parents keep track of the password with the student. If the password needs to be reset, the student will have to request another link that will be sent via email.

  • Click on blue CHARMS button above or go to charmsoffice.com

  • Click on PARENT/STUDENTS/MEMBERS

  • Type in BellaireChoir for the school code.

  • Enter the password you created from the link received via email.

  • Now you're into CHARMS!!  Here you can update your contact info and find out about your finances.  PLEASE CHECK CONTACT INFO.

  • All online payments are processed through CHARMS.

    • Click on FINANCES and then you will be able to see charges and make payments.   

  • Misc. Ledger charges will more than likely be Voice Lessons, All State Fees, UIL solo fees and other misc. fees that could come up during the year.

  • To make payments make sure the button by "PayPal is clicked to the right and is blue. 

  • Then click on the Pay Fixed Payments button 

  • Then you are taken to the official PayPal Page and then you can proceed with the payment. You do not need a PayPal account and you can sign-in as a guest.
