Madrigal Choir

The Madrigal Choir is Bellaire's select ensemble. Comprised of students from the Concert Chorale, the Madrigal Choir is generally student-run and rehearses entirely outside of the school day. The ensemble represents Bellaire at Madrigal competitions, UIL Solo & Ensemble contest (District & State), community events, middle-school outreach, and collaborations with other area high schools. Students are chosen by the director for the Madrigal Choir based on vocal ability, attitude, academics (UIL eligibility), sightreading, dedication to the choral program, and musical independence.
